Anyone who knows me knows that my modus operandi is driven by fluidity and instinctiveness. I don’t think (or act) in frameworks and structure.
Now, l had to present one. This was a plot twist I did not foresee!
Yesterday, I was invited by the “folks” at Widom Circle to conduct a session on ‘Unravelling Gamification’.
We spoke about how we can gamify learning interventions in corporates, extract insights, and create metaphors that link the game with real life on-floor.
Putting my unconscious competence into a “framework” by reverse engineering my thought process was harder than creating a new gameplay. But, yay we did it!
It’s one thing to speak about your craft. It’s a whole other thing to teach it to others. Grateful for the opportunity, the platform, the community, the support, the trust, and the overwhelming response (it was a full-house!!)
