A few months ago, this is how a conversation with a CEO of one of India’s biggest and oldest conglomerates began.
Naturally, the organisation already has robust internal and external teams that look into complete end-to-end learning and development and are on an aggressive transformation journey.
“The one thing that I haven’t seen in my career trajectory is LUDOFICATION. What’s that?”
Upon brief explanation, he was sold. “I want this at our plant in Dahej”
One thing led to another, and several meetings with the stakeholders later, here we are- on a thorough site recce to Asia’s biggest copper manufacturing plant in Dahej.
We’re fully customising our flagship program- “Ludofication” as per the 5 pillars (core values) of the organisation, to reinforce collaboration and empower a growth mindset among the cross functional teams.
The agenda du jour is to do a Level-4 diagnosis, check out the infrastructure, finalise the learning outcomes and success measures, and lock in on the prognosis.
While more details on this are underway, let’s get to what makes this Project a unique one at that.
First off, this marks our first rendez-vous with a metal manufacturing conglomerate: one of the oldest and by far the largest players in the Country.
