If the next 10 years are led by the people we fail to understand today(GenZ), what would organisational dynamics look like?
With this thought in mind, I decided it was time to address the need of the hour, and future-proofing workplaces.
And that’s exactly what we explored at the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) – India 3D Lab.
Right from exploring conditionning, stimuli, and generational dynamics over the years, to internalising a framework and plunging into action plans- the session was a well-structured package.
For me, from a design perspective, this session was the apex because I experimented like never before. (And that was much lauded by even the assessors)
For instance-
1) Blending “Islands” and “Time Machine” – two independent and complete processes, together, to set premise and segue into the core concepts of the session.
2) Curating my own Framework, the R-E-A-L Framework- which can make for a great problem-solving process in any scenario.
3) “3-2-1”, a ubiquitous closure tool, was now used for discovery + action planning + feedback
Just the session engineering of this really shook me up in my comfort zone. What an immense learning curve this has been.
Heck! Two weeks ago, I wouldn’t believe I was the type to create structures and frameworks.
Deepest gratitude to the platform, the assessors Yateen Gharat, Mrunal Lamge, the participants, all stakeholders involved, and my mentor Ganesh Dalvi, CPF I M for all the lauding and learning, the opportunity, the feedback, and all the encouragement and support.
More on this in a bit, so keep your eyes peeled.
