Reflexions

Sneak peek into another boffo intervention

When you hear “induction batch training” what typically comes to mind?
SOPs? Protocols? Ways of working? Technical, Operational and Functional aspects? The usual jazz.

What if I told you that along with all this jam, there’s also one day dedicated for cultural fitting and people alignment? Imagine the outlook and perspective you’re bringing to your fresh intake.

So, there’s this bunch of freshly brewed lawyers stepping foot into the world of BigLaw. The GenZ carry ambition, curiosity, and the hunger to prove themselves. And while technical know-how is par excellence, there remains a deeper gap: the mindset, behaviours, and culture-fit attitudes that determine how they’ll thrive in a high-performing, people-driven firm.

A common trend observed among the GenZ is that they’re high on independence, but low on tolerance. Digitally fluent, but often lacking people-readiness. Strong individual voices, yet struggling to find their place in team/group settings.

So with all these in mind, we designed the intervention to be a strategic closure to their induction journey, by helping them connect the dots- who they are, how they collaborate, and how they contribute to the larger system.

Our proposed program philosophy was:
Me > Team > Organisation
(Swipe through to tap into the details)

And while the meticulous session design essayed its role wonderfully, I also sat through the case studies conducted by their internal team. The master stroke was peppering those key insights and inputs through the intervention.

With me on this project were Riti Menda Shalaka Jadhav , CFTP Palak Jain and Mital Khobarekar

For the session synopsis, detailed engineering, and other bits and bobs- keep your eyes peeled!
